We offer a complete management package as well as an advertisement only service for static caravan & lodge owners, designed to suit a variety of needs. Explore the options below and discover the service that works best for you.

Complete Management Service

Let us handle everything for you – perfect for owners looking for a fully hands-off experience while still earning regular income.

This service includes:

  • Initial consultation to understand your property and goals.
  • 2 x free company branded “Hire me!” window stickers
  • Advertisement of your property on our website and social media platforms.
  • Diary management, including guest bookings and calendar updates.
  • Changeover cleaning coordination and deep clean arrangement.
  • Property maintenance checks between bookings.
  • Key handling and emergency call-outs.
  • Full guest concierge service, including communication before, during, and after stays.
  • Guest communication – including check-in/check-out instructions, local info, and support with any issues.
  • Damage bond/security deposit management (£100 per booking).
  • Full payment handling – including issuing payment reminders, collecting balances, and processing refunds if needed.
  • Monthly payouts to owners for all completed bookings.

    Key information:

    North Wales Holiday Rentals Limited charges owners who opt for our “Complete Management Service” a yearly £99.00 listing fee.

    We retain a 15% commission for each booking.
Advertisement Only Service

Perfect for hands on owners who wish to stay across their holiday rental business but want support with sourcing new bookings.

This service includes:

  • Initial consultation to understand your property and goals.
  • 2 x free company branded “Hire me!” window stickers
  • Advertisement of your property on our website and social media platforms.
  • Diary management, including guest bookings and calendar updates.
  • Damage bond/security deposit management (£100 per booking).
  • Full payment handling – including issuing payment reminders, collecting balances, and processing refunds if needed.
  • Monthly payouts to owners for all completed bookings.

This service excludes:

  • Property maintenance checks between bookings.
  • Key handling and emergency call-outs.
  • Full guest concierge service, including communication before, during, and after stays.
  • Guest communication – including check-in/check-out instructions, local info, and support with any issues.
  • Changeover cleaning coordination and deep clean arrangement.

Key information:

North Wales Holiday Rentals Limited charges owners who opt for our “Advertising Only Service” a yearly £99.00 listing fee.

We retain a 10% commission for each booking.

  • Bed linen wash, dry & iron service – £35.00 (for a full set of beds).
  • Changeover clean service – £45.00 (includes bed making/stripping, bin bags & toilet roll top up).
  • Deep clean service – please enquire for a personalised quote.
  • External clean service – please enquire for a personalised quote.

Our caravan owners have access to a live calendar for their property, making it easy to view availability at any time and plan their own holidays at their caravan.

Each booking is confirmed directly with you as it comes in, ensuring you stay fully informed and in control. You’ll always know who’s staying, when they’re arriving, and how your calendar is filling up. Plus, you can instantly see what you’ve earned from each booking in real time – giving you a clear picture of your rental income as it grows. No guesswork – just full visibility and peace of mind.

Payments are made to owners on the 1st of each month, covering all bookings completed in the previous calendar month.

We’re based in North Wales and are happy to promote and manage static caravans and lodges within a 10-mile radius of Towyn. If you own a holiday home in the area, we’d love to hear from you. Additionally, with our “Advertisement only” service option, we accept caravans and lodges from all over the UK.
