Booking information;
The £100 upfront payment is a deposit that is refunded after check out. It is added on top of the total payment
The £100 deposit acts as a damages bond during your stay in the property. It is non refundable in the event of a cancellation
The cost to repair any damages or extra cleaning will be deducted from the damage deposit. The remainder will be refunded to you
“Total payment” is the cost of the holiday. This is due 4 weeks before check in by bank transfer
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am
